Meh. I guess thats the tradeoff. Would you rather have some pockets but an Assault Carbine/Minigun tear you to shreds or be protected behind a substantial amount of armor but it has no pockets.

Combat Armor was given to soldiers I'm pretty sure police departments couldn't afford large quantities of the stuff. Not trying to say you are wrong, but I would assume bulletproof vests were more for police officers/swat.

I recommend the Total War series, especially Medieval 2 Total War. If you go M2TW, make sure to get Kingdoms too. @Atomkilla The Brotherhood as a whole would not shut down if Lost Hills ended up being destroyed. I might be wrong on this one, but I'm sure all of the chapters other than the Mojave, have lost contact with the HQ. But even if they didn't, it wouldn't have such a grand effect on them.
