    Your Favourite Fallout game?

The original fallout is the best. It has focus, plot, and atmosphere. I did, however, like Fallout 3 for its wonderful aesthetic appeal. Coming out of the Vault and looking upon the city in the distance, looking over a metal rail into the multileveled village of Megaton, the silent streets of...

Things we learned from Fallout 3

    566. Powered armour, which supposedly makes one more agile with the assistance of motors and such, results in a rather sluggish pace.

Bethesda going to be as mindful as Obsidian with Fallout 4?

It's just like any meme, it's what stupid people find more and more hilarious every time you hear it. The phrase itself is well written, but the below par voice acting and the repetition of the phrase throughout the game makes it annoying.

    Fallout Haiku

A garden, you say? I once had a garden, but we called it a farm. Next: Reaching the 13 year time limit.

Fallout: Chicago (Includes Thorough Setting and Map)

This is what Necropolis looked like in the Fallout opening and city map, and while it does make for a cool picture to look at while entering the city, the sparse, one-story buildings make it look more nuclear blast-like. This is a launch arco, the single most awesome building in Sim...

    Trouble on the Homefront

I think the quest has nice design and premise. If more endings with more gravity were included, it would have been perfect. First runthrough, I killed everything not essential, then blew up the pump to celebrate the fact that I suddenly knew how to use power armour.

    F4llout

References to things such as famous dystopian authors and obscure American presidents and having them recur throughout the entire game often turns people off. Think about the Revelation 21:6 thing in Fallout 3. It would never go away and it was annoying and it was as if the developers were...

    Fallout: Shanghai

I would advise you fix your doublepost. Second, would the world map work with the engine?

    Fallout: Shanghai

Shanghai and the surrounding regions would be a nice place when considering the setting and ambiance. Would be nice if you had a story arc in mind. Why should ghouls be included? They aren't a very realistic treatment of radiation and I always thought prolonged FEV exposure combined with...

Hi all. Nice forum you got here. Looked occasionally at a few posts, decided I'd sign up since I got Fallout 1 and 2 a few months back.

    if you made an faction

Political divisions between congressmen in the New California Republic sound fun. Creating factions within the evermore cumbersome bureaucracy would really help flesh out the society and give it the makings of a true democratic government. Perhaps at some point a political party effects the...

Are you happy for Fallout to remain Post-post apocalyptic?

I'd think it would help the setting if there wasn't so much futuristic weapons technology just lying around. Power armor, energy weapons, functional guns and plentiful bullets lie everywhere in the series. Furthermore, operational computers and edible pre-war foods remain in Fallouts 3 and NV...
