Well, my searching paid off. Found the developer's site via the Web Archive & found a working download link. Since it's a .sitx file, I extracted it using Stuffit Deluxe 8.0.2, then archived the folder as a .zip file for easy extracting. It's attached to this post.

So, I've been playing the OmniGroup/MacPlay Mac OS X ports Fallout & Fallout 2 (thanks to Qemu) and they run pretty much perfectly. I've had the games' discs in a drawer for years. Feels good to play them again. Thought you guys might get a kick out of this.
