Hey i noticed a bug where all skills, beside combat skills are lowered by 10 percent ,in the character creation panel and also ingame. I consider it a bug and want to report it.

Recently i downloaded the official fallout 2 editor. And then started the problems. First of all the editor didn't want to run on my polish version, ok i installed it on the english version, it needed then the 1.2 patch, ok installed it also but then when i'm trying to run it it comes out...
