Can anyone tell me which bugged Fallout I files trigger this?
1) The permanent stealth mode
While you're both in stealth and combat mode and you should save your game and then reload, your stealth boy while afterward turn into a geiger counter which gives you a permanent stealth mode.
2) Gifted trait
When you're using the mutate perk to replace this trait you wont lose your stat points.
3) Radiation
The bug that made that made your stats improve while beeing radiated.
