First time out of the vault

I would like to propose a way that, perhaps, could resolve the conflicts between the Original Fallout community (with sites like No Mutants Allowed) and TES/Bethsoft modding community (with sites like Fallout3Nexus/TESNexus)
These two communities, have many things to offer to Fallout 3. They have different reasons for modding, different backgrounds, the histories of the modding communities are perhaps vastly different. Some would say that these differences cannot be resolved.
I disagree.
I have been on both sides of the fence. I was a modeler for the FIFE project, which at its heart, began as a project for the Original Fallout community, I made many friends, and I believe myself to be on good terms with them.
I have been over the years, a modder in the Morrowind Community, and also the Oblivion Community. I have been friends with many of the modders in that community. Vaanic~One, Nicoroshi, AlienSlof, Phijama, HoBBs, Jackmix69, too, and probably others, too! Please, don't be offended if your name is not included in this list, I have met many wonderful people in the TES Community, too many to list here. I was the original Co-Ordinator for the Spellhold Studios Oblivion section. I have seen both the good, and also, the bad.
I implore the members of both communities to be at the least, civil with each other. Both communities have much to offer to Fallout 3.
To everyone:
Please, remember, if you do not like something, please, do not download it. =) Also, please, be respectful of others. Take into account the time and effort put into creating something, or take their opinions into consideration.
As a side note:
Merely as a suggestion, it would be wonderful (and I'm sure many would be most appreciative), if those that make overhaul modifications could release a version of the modification that is one combined .esp, along with a modular version that uses multiple .esp(s). Only where possible, of course.
Note: This has been posted on both F3Nexus, and NMA.
Sorry about the crossposting, all. I just felt that perhaps, friendly interactions are possible between two different communities that have partly converged. Thank you.
I apologise if this is out of line. Just.. putting it out here.
