Are Per's Fallout guides gone for good?

I also noticed that yesterday, and just cleaned up my saved copies with HTML Tidy and fixed markups with W3C validator today.
Was thinking if I should upload them to NMA downloads in case someone wants to read them offline.

I think you should upload them to the downloads section for sure. Or I can do it for you if you prefer that (with all the credits to Per and you of course).

Well, I waited for almost a week to see if anyone objected about me uploading the files to NMA Downloads. Since no one said not to do it, I went ahead and uploaded them .

I credit Per for making them and @NovaRain for fixing them to work offline and sharing them with the community .

If anyone wants me to add, edit or remove anything about those files, just say so .

I think it should also be in NMA downloads since Wasteland can be considered as Fallout-related IMO.
