By mods I mean strictly quest mods so mods that add to the game in a narrative sense, what mods to you are so good they could be considered canon?

You mean Total Conversion mods?
I can never find the time to play them but Fallout 1.5 is pretty good.
Fuck New Vegas Bounties though. The developer of that mod is a cuck who's biased against Legion.
