Bethesda in Japan?

Did Bethesda make it to the Tokyo Gaming expo (or whatever it is called)?

When is Fallout 3 being released in Japan? Looked at some FAQs and I only see European releases.

They were pretty dumb not to send anyone since the game had already gone gold.

Of course they do, but it will be Japanese like.

They were at the Tokyo Game Show. I read somewhere their booth was pretty well visited, and we posted the "new" TGS "PS3" trailer here, but other than that I haven't heard much from there
 
I lived in Japan for quite some time, and must say that, according to most of my Japanese friends, the idea of a shooter style, "American RPG" doesn't rank high on their list of "must buy things" considering that a new Monster Hunter is just around the corner.
 
Hmm wonder if I can find anything on their booth? Size and/or visitors playable demo? Weird that nobody heard anything.
