Bug In Junk Town After Killing Gizmo

I decided to kill Gizmo for free after Killian asked me to do so. When I went to the casino and killed him and all his guards every thing was fine. However, this is where the bug comes in, whenever I try to go back to the casino part of town the game instantly crashes and displays an error message. Anybody have the same issue, or know what the hell is going on?

Had the same problem with the game REALLY late in the game. I would just reload save file from earlier. And if you don't have a save file, you can get to Junktown really quickly while still doing everything in Shady Sands.
