Bundle Fallout 1&2 with it!

Fugazi

First time out of the vault
Maybe if they included fallout 1 & 2 converted to run on the console systems bundled with this game would intice me buy it heh

With alot of people having problems playing the game with xp I don't see the problem with re-releasing the game onto xp/console systems. And maybe even fixing the bugs while they are at it. But since there is little incentive for them to do this.. Throw in there crappy game and I have no problem with it.. i got a trash can that can hold it.

Ehhh.......
1) XP is something VERY different from consoles.
2) Porting to console would take too much: time, money, gamplay adjustments. How would you ever get the turn-based combat system decently implemented on consoles, it probably won't work very well. Besides that, there isn't a single console gamer out there who will accept those graphics, simply because they have already played it on PC, and if they haven't, they won't bother with it on PS2/Xbox.
3) Why? What possible good would it do?

first, i will buy it then i will KILL IT.

I would definetly buy BOS if it came bundled with fallout 1 and 2 with updated graphics.I like your style kain

? You like my style?

Besides, they wouldn't allow Fallouts to be on cosoles to be bundled with a game that is rated Teen (fallout has sex, drugs and other things not appropiate)

Besides the ESRB not approving it, they would also have complications with the mouse. Eg. changing and all.

I meant that it should be on pc with a higher res and all the latest stuff like vertex shaders and pixel shaders but now im just being stupid.I didn't know BOS was gunna be Teen. This is just to shit for words.

If you let little Jhonny play this trash, he will turn into the next Hitler. That teen rating dosen't make sense, because so many impresionable kids will play this trash and turn evil. As far as I know, playing "Sellout: Drecky Chucky" would make anybody turn evil!

Spells "hitler" or "Inspiration For Birth Control", there's no double T nor a capital letter at the beggining.

As to the idea of attaching FO1 or FO2...

I don't think that it would help much the game to sell, putting 2 RPG games, set in a a particular universe (with no k3wl graffixxx) in the same box, which contains something-that-wants-to-be-like Tomb Raider-set-in-a-post-apoc-world-but-ends-up-like-a-cheap-80's-p0rn-movie (yeah, I'm serious, check the screenshots at DaC and try not to vomit all over your keyboard)

Obviously, the marketing dept. has other customers in mind than the original Fallout fans, and people that will actually like FO:POS probably wouldn't like the games, anyways, having no p0rn nor cool graphics nor tons of naked females... so besides that it would be "bastardizing" the original fallout, (bad idea) it wouldn't be a commercial hit, either. And being obviously the unique goal for a game in the eyes of LeChuck, I don't think they'd do something like that, they'd loose money on the license and the manufacturing costs of the CD's.

I actually like this idea... sell people crap, give them a free mail in to get the original two RPGs, get them hooked on the first two, and then low and behold Fallout 3 comes out.

Final Fantisy sucked.
I rented it for my SNES once, and couldnt figure it out.
Fallout is the ONLY reason I like RPG's now, because it was done so well, and simply.
