Campaign Editor Query

Hello,
I have a problem, I'm confused about the info on editors, On one hand, some people say we have several weeks to wait, but on the other hand, I see people on forums chatting away about the campaigns there're creating, will someone please tell me if the editors are avalible and, if so, where I can find them.

they're mostly figuring out the campaign story and such things, to be prepared when the editor comes out
