Customization of Items you Own

If you like a certian weapon and you use it like 9 out 10 time's in battle i think that you should be able to use it better than other weapons in it's class and be able to personalize it like ask for a customized stock or add padding or paint it or add the symbol of your clan, mercanary, or Vault,City, Group whatever but when you use a weapon for a long time you should be able to upgrade it and any weapon. I mean we have had a long time to get better at using technology. We customize almost everything own right now. When you Go and Buy something from the store or online. When you get it don't you do SOMETHING to make it disctive to others just like it. In War People all ways paint stuff on Tanks, Guns, Helmets, Planes, Jets, Everything. I Think that we should be able to get this stuff in the game. Make an easy to use modifier for armor, guns, cars, tanks, whatever. This would make this game a breakthrough in gaming technology the ability to change what you even look like a scuffy looking man with a beard or a Slick looking guy with a goete. Have you name on your gun or symbol. whatever but it would put Fallout 3 on the map as a breakthrough in all games.

Good idea !
If they use a 3d engine, it should be damn easy too, because they only have to design new textures (or something, the filling of the polygons) instead of draw 14 times the same guy with a different gun in all poses you could think of. Think about this ; If you want that, they sould draw :
1)The same guy with a different gun
2)That guy with his customized gun scratching his head etc.
3) The two other sides of this guy (looking left and right)
4)The back of this guy
5)The guy fireing his customized gun
6)etc.

And there's another reason to use a 3d engine for f3, because it would save a lot of time, thus shortening the designing time for the game so they can release it earlier. And desgin the game with a smaller workforce so the game can be cheaper (or maybe Black Isle making more profit off it, that would suck ass)

Custom Made Weapons

I think that the ability of making custom weapons should be something you can learn or something that someone can do for you.

they alreafy have the frames from 1 + 2 that they intentionaly used in both, i personaly like what they already have only with a couple more details
