Does Fallout 2 have Item Highlight?

Where'd That 6th Toe Come From?
I remember being able to press left shift and highlighting all items on the ground when I played the original Fallout 2 back in the day, and I've found a few forum and reddit posts where people say it's supposed to be in Fallout 2 but not the original Fallout...but for some reason I can't get left shift to work on my install from CD with 1.02d patch + Hi-Res mod. I does work on my steam version install, but I know that includes sfall 3.2a, so I'm not sure if it was something added in by sfall or not.

I've also seen a streamer on twitch with a version of Fallout 2 from the Bethesda launcher (got it for free from Fallout 76), which has sfall 2.19 instead of 3.2a - and left shift doesn't highlight on his install either.

Am I doing something wrong? Or am I just remembering it wrong? :P

Thanks everybody, I'm clearly going bonkers then :P

Wait, which version is it? I have both, I didn't see a difference initially.

I caught a streamer playing the Bethesda Launcher version of Fallout 2 (the version people who own copies of Fallout 76 are getting), and his version was sfall 2.19a, whereas the steam and gog versions are 3.2a. The item highlight didn't work, and it also appears the speed hack isn't on by default or isn't in the 2.19 version because he couldn't get it to change game speed either.

I made a video on how to enable Item Highlight and the Speed Hack in the Bethesda.net Launcher version, I'm posting a link here because this is probably the most relevant topic I created, as well as creating a new topic with the video. If this isn't ok with the mods, please delete this post and leave the new topic. If that isn't ok either, please leave a comment letting me know what's up :)
