Encounter Boost (slow map speed mod) compatibility w/MIB88?

Question about the MIB88 (the all-inclusive mod).

Is this mod compatible with the encounterboost mod, the one that is supposed to slow down travel speed across the in-game map on faster PC's? And if not, is there any other way to slow down how quickly you travel across the map?

Well, I think you are referring to two different mods. The encounter booster will not work as is. But, all you have to do is change the percentages at the beginning of the worldmap.txt file (where it mentions common, uncommon, and rare encounters, I think) and change those percentages to 100% (or any percentage higher than the values already there). If you use the encounter booster mod as is, you will lose out on a number of corrections made by killap and others (such as the Holy Hand Grenade fix, the Cafe of Broken Dreams fix, some caravan fixes, etc.).

I don't know about the mod to slow the map down, though. That is beyond my skill level.
