Fallout 2 - Does the killap restoration mod rewrite vanilla dialogue?

I found a post on reddit of someone claiming this mode rewrote vanilla dialogue (besides the added dialogue of the new areas)

I read the killap restoration project logs and found 0 mentions of this.

Im using this mod in my first fallout 2 playtrought because of the bugfixes and general stability improvements.

You can download a *Fixes* only version if you don't want the new content.

Although i don't think they removed any of the original dialogs.

F2RP is safe and good to play, not altering existing stuff. The only new thing I found annoying was the Kaga, so I modded him out.
