Fallout BOS suspended?

I've got the new issue of PSM, Playstation Magazine, and someone sent in a letter asking aboyt Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance II and Fallout BOS saying that all the different websites and magazines had different release dates and this is what PSM had to say about it:

"At press time, the release dates of both BGA2 and Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel have been suspended, pending the result of a legal battle between Interplay and Vivendi Universal. So both games may never come out, or be out by the time you read this..."

I thought it was supposed to come out January 14th?

Does it say in the magazine when "press time" was? If you can get that, we can compare it with Iplay's statement on the games release and figure out which is the newer info.

I think press time for the mag was a little late, here's the press release that explains that legal dispute was resolved.

I have the mag as well, got it back mid December, and most likely they answered the question during late Oct - early Nov as most mag's are almost completely done 2 months before they go out.
