I wondered if I can get the Fallout cursors somewhere (to download), so I can use them as my regular cursors.

Theres a fallout 2 desktop theme but I can't remember where to get it.

It's not hard to make your own Fallout 2 cursors. Just select the images you want from the interface image directory and convert them to BiMPs, then use a program like MicroAngelo to convert the BiMPs to ico files and then rename them the same as the cursor files and put them in some folder somewhere.
