I watched your movie. Well, I watched it and fastforwarded through some of the lesser parts of it, because it does contain a lot of moments that I would have edited out, but overall this isn't bad. Sure, the actors still have a lot to learn and some of the dialogue sounds amateurish at best, but that's how you learn the trade, I guess. Choosing Adam as the main character was a good choice, imo, he has the most natural way of acting. The girl is pretty good too, and she's pretty as well, which is always nice.

I like how you included some humour into the movie, albeit that most jokes aren't as funny as they pretend to be. The best comedy moment, imho, is when the Super Mutant attacks and Adam gives his companion that little shitty revolver. That's a good joke: it's subtle and it works because of the context (the fight). Which brings me to the best element of your amateur movie: the inclusion of Fallout assets. I don't know how you did that and you yourself must realize that it doesn't always work very well (Adam looking at the city somewhere at the start of the vid is a good example of it not working well), but altogether I can only say: well done, sir, well done. That's a very creative way of using the games to create a completely different thing. I'm not familiar with the new batch of Fallout games, so I don't know the names of the creatures, but that bloody fleshy thing that breaks that guy's leg somewhere at the beginning of the vid, that creature is well implemented, and so are a number of 3D graphics. The Vertibird at the end comes to mind.
My main beef with your zero budget movie is something I (and a lot of others on these boards) have pointed out before, when someone made a Fallout movie: everything looks way too clean. Adam's character would be so much more convincing if his clothes didn't look like they just came out of the dryer. And that holds true for all characters in your movie. Add dirt, add mud, add blood stains ... and the world you try to portray will be so much easier for the viewer to accept. It's a little sad to see that the only character who has the 'right' looks pops up at the very end of the movie. But nice scars anyway.
All in all: good job.
Unfortunately for you, you posted this at a time that NMA is largely inactive, hence the lack of comments. Do keep making movies, though, you'll only get better. Also: pm the contact information of that blond girl. I can teach her how to shoot guns better.
