Fallout table top rules

Apparently this is where to post this query....
Does anyone have them? Y'know, comprehensive table top rules derived from the game itself?
I reckon I can work out most, if not all of it eventually, but someone must have wanted to do this before me (only started playing Fallout 2 weeks ago).

If you are talking rather like tactics with minatures fighting each other then you would need something like Warhammer and rules i'm currently working on.
