Fallout Trilogy( US edition)

So, I saw that there is two versions of the US edition, one released in 2006 and the other released in 2009. Does anyone know the difference between these two? And one more thing, which patch version comes with the games, is it the vanilla game?

The 2009 one (released by Interplay) includes TeamX and killap's unofficial patches for Fallout 1 and 2, you can also choose to install official version.

So the 2006 version is only the vanilla games? I have the 2009 version and when I try to install the vanilla Fallout 1, it comes with the patch 1.2. Also, I have the option to install 1.3.4 patch for FO1.
