Far Cry2/ Fallout 3 map mashing?

I have played both games and it looks like someone from Germany has mixed/mashed or used elements from both games here. I did not realize that the construction tools etc. were compatible.

Far Cry 2 has an awesome bundled editor.

I guess the guy extracted the object files from the GECK thing Beth released a while ago and imported them into FC2's editor program.

Anyway, it says 'it's not finished yet'.
