Where is the Mordino's Basement?

MMMMM.....Wright daddy is killed? Even if I gave them an empty gun? Is there any other way to get the Salvatore-Enclave meeting without giving them a gun?

If you do the first two Salvatore quests and Salvatore likes you, he will give you a quest where you guard the meeting with the Enclave.

Plated boxing gloves are in one of the basements, I think it's in the Bishops' building, in a locker.
