[FO2] NCR problem

NCR problem

Ive beaten this game many times, but Ive never been able to...

Get into the building across from Tandi's government building(forcefield in front of it) Theres no one around to talk to, so I have no idea what to do...

Also, a neat little trick I found...

In Sierra Army Depot, when you get into the extraction chamber at the end, extract cadaver... he'll tell you a neat little story, then he'll run away and as he does... youll find out. PLUS HE HAS THE SPECIAL EDITION RR BB GUN!!!!! Great for Cassidy

Steal the Card from Tandi's Secretary(or something else like that)

Not played it for 5 months!oh s**t...

You need to go there for Bishop's 2nd mission. You steal the passcard of Tandi's secutatry and then get past the guards and kill the guy behind it.

Or you could use repair to deactivate the emitter, sneak in kill the guy quitely and sneck out. i could Never sneack out succefully.

I remember stealing that card and sneaking in. Killing him and getting away with it. Also if you are there in the afternoon I think. that guy who sells you the fake vault 13 map will be there. Anybody find out what he is there for.

As for that soldier in Sierra Army Depot. That was a great sequence.
