This is 'Domination! Game Mode' FOT modification.
In archive you can find .tge, .spe and .txt files, and some sort of instruction 'How to make your FT map Domination! MP map!'.
Also there is one test mission, which convert Quincy map to small Dom! map:
Capture Points! Kill Enemies! Take control over the town!
