Hearing frequencies?

Well I decided to test a few things with sound today. Test to see how low and high I could go. The lowest I was able to hear was around 16Hz. The highest was 18000Hz. I will admit, they've said infrasound waves can cause weird feelings within humans. Anxiety, fear, sadness, dread, blurry vision, hallucinations, but from what I experienced. The least I got was a little blurry eyed from the vibration. But I felt like I was expecting a jumpscare to be honest. But what about you guys hearing? What do you think of stuff like infrasound or extreme high frequency noises?

What's the rated frequency response of the speakers you tested with?

1Khz? I think a keystroke got dropped. If you meant 18KHz, then that's why you wouldn't be able to hear much higher off of them.

The standard media speaker also isn't ideal for testing hearing. You'd want use something higher quality with a better frequency response. Preferably something like planar magnetic or electrostatic headphones (this one is a longshot) if you have access you them.

.... ghosts are pipes.
So we can blaze them?
Cool ghosts.

Anyway, would tinnitus fuck up such a test, cause I have a very minor tinnitus that becomes overwhelming if I'm around dead silence and have to focus on listening to something.

That sucks. A lot of people especially who either have tinnitus or who live in big cities or next to something noisy need to have 'white noise' in the background when they go sleep etc.

It's not that bad for me.
It's only when I think about it that it rears its noisy head in my right ear.
So as long as I don't think about it I don't pay attention to it.

Ok. It's good to think about one's hearing. I recently got a smart phone and I listen to youtube stuff etc. with ear plugs all the time. I used to go to live concerts, I once listened to Motörhead concert. I used to work in a paper mill, very noisy environment. Lucky I don't have hearing trouble.

I also have hyper-sensitive hearing, hell, most of me is too sensitive to stuff. Light for the eyes, heat and cold for the skin, even naughty stuff can get overstimulating for me. So, yeah. I got slapped in the face by a friend and he hit the ear, that's how I got the tinnitus. I try not to engage in anything too noisy which is why I don't go to concerts or anything like that.

:smug:
Tell me oh enlightened one... how can one be overstimulated? Is it a super-orgasm?
More like one of the sensitive parts of the tip of the cock (the rim) gets so stimulated that I recoil in discomfort? So no, it is not a super-orgasm. Far from it. Try making tea and leave 30% of the cup water-free and then dump sugar in the remaining part and let it blend. What that is like to your tastebuds would be the equivalent of what it is like for the rim of my cock.

There is such a thing as too much of a good thing.

Not sure if it's an accurate comparison because I hate, nay I loathe tea. It's unpleasant at best and absolutely disgusting at worst. I also hate anything too sweet, with far less fervor. It's why I like sorbets and dark chocolate rather than sugary cakes and pastries. While I doubt I am at the same level, there have been times when I get too easily turned on, making for an uncomfortable and undesired boner. Every three days, perhaps even two, I wake up with a boner in my undies. So I have some understanding now you've explained what you mean.
