Looking for a digital artist who's good at typography

I'd like to get dates that match the "Nixie" numbers plugin for Fallout. For example, changing the "DEC" here to green and the nixie typeface to match the others:

I'd also like a version that is the same font/typeface, but green instead of white, so they're green/yellow/red.

Please if you do this, provide all source files and photoshop files. I will provide the original game source in various formats.
