Low Charisma? Effect?

Besides not being a porn star or attractive to screw, any effect?

I know bartering is showing up quite big, but this guy is melee so very low cash needed. I know also invites to party it does, helps speech too.

I dont know if running killap's patch makes this more effective or not.

I never like having lowering than 6 on a girl. Maybe 5 would be ok?

I could then get glasses for 6 and be mildly attractive. Does it limit talk options though? 6 int 5 charisma vs 6 int 6 charisma?

the upgrade chip is WAY ahead in the game, i never figure on that for things like charisma, so dont count that.
