NCR flag for real

While I was translating wikipedias' article about NCR I thought it would be cool to make another NCR flag by myself. So here you are. It was easy to do but I like the result anyway.

Dude that looks completely real!? Like if you just took a normal California flag and added the second head, but I know you didnt.

Is that a physical flag or a created picture?
