NPC Appearance Armor Mod ?

I'm pretty sure that as of now such thing does not exist.
At least not for the patched game (without RP).
I know that ther is one by B-Team, but apparently it does not work with patched game.
I have never really been much into the modding, but i am willing to work a while on this matter.
So i wonder. What would it take to make this mod compatible with newest sfall and unnoficial patch ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Is this for F1 or F2, the F2 version has been out for a few years now. Contact Sduibek if you want to add this to F1.

This is for FO2 but like i said it does not work, at least not with the newest unnoficial patch and sfall.

Just to clarify, i don't mean some new fancy custom armor look made by someone (not that i don't appreciate them, good work) but it's kinda fun having 6 NPCs with combat armors running after you.

Just standard, generic armor look (exactly like the one your main character gets).
