NPC Portrait Mod

It Wandered In From the Wastes
Somewhere in here I read about some people making a mod which gave all the Recruitable NPC's some Portraits similar to Sulik,Myron & Marcus? Was it ever completed and is it compatible with the "K-Patch"?

P.S.
I just got Myron and man is he something of a Superiority Complex...
 
err well at one point I was wokring on making a talking head for goris and we made a head for Casidy for Mutants Rising. Also siren made a new mkII brainbot model to use for skynet and I was going to render up some head shots as well.

Dont know if anyone has a fat head for vic unless they use the gizmo head from fallout 1?
 
What I envision Skynets head would be just the Brain Jar visible and glowing talking every time he says something or maybe some liquid bubbling inside when he talks. Goris is just a Cloaked Figure with the Face hidden in shrouds of darkness. Vic is slightly bald with orange hair and smiling a bit. Lenny is....hmmm a Ghoul is somewhat hard to describe but I guess you can try making him look like he is peeling and with patches of skin with different shades of color. For the RoboDogs? I guess you can reference Dogmeat in the Loading picture.
