Aside from the lunchbox and bobblehead, I wouldn't mind owning the other stuff. A lot of giveaways and bonuses are downright crappy, but these look pretty swell.
 
I kinda like everything but the bobblehead, which looks terrible in my opinion. I really want that artbook. I guess the making of dvd will probably get on my nerves if the game is really bad...
 
I dig the artwork on the lunchbox, I just have no use for a lunchbox sitting around and collecting dust. The bobblehead sucks and looks like a cheap giveaway.

Even if the content of the "making of" DVD is annoying, everything just looks really cool.
 
DVD *looks* nice and the artwork may be interesting. Bobblehead & lunchbox aren't of any interest to me.
 
yeah, they made a new bobblehead and i think it looks horrible. the one that they released last year during a promotion looked like this:

i guess they both look pretty bad. i am personally not interested in anything but the book, even though that'll likely be a disappointment.
 
So is this bobblehead a bethesda thing, or is it something that was done before they bought fallout? I guess they were sold on some bobblehead mass production deal or something, one of the devs makes bobbleheads on the side?

Congrats to the proud owners of the previous one : real collector item ( even though it looks pretty bad ).

the bobblehead is still horrible though. i have dreams of taking it to the range and shooting it to smithereens.

I like the weathered look of the "making of" cover and the lunchbox, very in keeping with the originals' manuals. That said, this damn "vault secure" picture of theirs stops me from actually liking the latter, which, uselesness notwithstanding, at least has colored versions of Vault Boy from various perks. The bobblehead does look awful.

Still, there are far worse collector's editions out there. Which is why I never get them.
 
The art book might be interesting... But I'm not going to buy the collectors edition just for that...

totally agree, i draw myself so i really wanna have a look at that artbook. Lunchbox is pointless same with the bobblehead thing.
 
Monsieur Bumble that T Shirt thingy is from my blog, not from theirs. It's a document from February, that someone pointed out to me, and probably nothing will come out of it, I just found cool the idea of having clothes with that saying.
 
Actually kinda like that bobblehead more than the original. Still don't really like it, but it's a bit better in my eyes. Lunchbox actually looks kinda cool, even though it's... Even worse than the bobblehead for "Things to put on a shelf and look at occasionally".

I dunno. I'm still not sure if I'm gonna go for the CE or not, assuming I pick up FO3. Still nowhere near as cool as a big daddy.
 
I preordered this, and honestly your being way to harsh on the bobble head. its a fucking bubble head, they are suppose to look cheesy get over it.
 
i pretty much like them
if i were to nitpick it would be that the lunchbox could have been a lot less kid-ish without all the vaultboys all over

something cleaner and neater like the book or dvd could have been perfect.
