The guy doesn't just LOOK like a vampire, for f**cks sake is IS one.... Well, okay, so maybe he didn't drink blood, and he wasn't immortal and it's not like he can only be killed via a wooden stake through the heart... But he's close enough...

Yes! Exactly! I mean, Jeffrey Dahmer or Ted bundy or the Manson family were a lot more brutal, but Ramirez was(is) really downright evil!
