Problem - screen blanking

I'm having this really annoying problem since I started playing. It happens constantly, every few minutes. Main view goes blank, but you can hear sounds, you can walk, shoot etc. Looks like this:

I must restart the game and load again.

Game quality is set to high and I'm not having any lockups.

Here's that I've tried so long:

- updated drivers for my GF 7600GT (178.24)
- updated WinXP Sp2 to Sp3

Any solution, please?
