Game is so new I can't find any information to help me make choices like

* if I should kill Papa Khan for NCR
* are the NCR even good? they seem shady
* how to acquire the Gun Runners specifications from their factory without killing them all
* what keywords (and who says them) trigger ED-E
* kill house or caesar or both what are all the possible outcomes?
