All the debate about real time vs. turn based combat simple fact, if it is not broke don't fix it. The main focus should be on the storyline for FO3 not the combat system. Also keep in mind Fallout is an RPG combat while important is not the most important part of the game.
)that got distracted by other stuff instead of gameplay and came out lousier. however BiS doesn't have such a history so we can probably have the cake and eat it!
