Redesigning the mantle of the Advanced Power Armor?

I was curious if anyone here with modeling experience would be up to the challenge of maybe adding an actual mantle to the Advanced Power Armor Mark II as seen in Fallout 3 to give it back the heavy duty feeling it had in Fallout 2. Maybe something like this.

A big issue is figuring out how a rendered version of the old Fallout 2 Power Armor should look.

I like this idea, the power armors look like glorified bodysuits right now.

Every single image we have of the FO2 enclave armor including the sprites is a 'rendered version'.
