Very nice. I'm wondering, how long does it take you to create something like this?
 
From blue pencil layout to coloured final?
Pff... about 4-5 hours if it's an A4. Take a full workday (with an hour working late) for an A3.

I don't mind. At all.
 
dude you should draw more, i loved your lil' shanty town.. If It was a bit bigger I'd use it as a reference as a map to a town in an RP or sumin. Good work
 
I know you're doin' your thing with blue and stuff, but perhaps it would look better as a dusty orange color, just to make it more Fallouty.

Heh. I actually tried that, going for a pale orangy red, using it in the same way as the blue. Thing is: "monocolours" are unforgiving. The blue I choose to work with works because it's so close to grey. In orange the town looked like it was screaming, and that was not the atmosphere I looked for.

But it's nice you mentioned it.
 
Love it, feels very alive! Lots of details there.

Its really cool how you left the white color only on few specific objects like windows, lamps, liquor and the eyes.

Hey Alec, why are there no visible women in Shanty Town?

All I see is a bunch of trigger happy drunks. Whatever the case, your child like take on the grim reality of the wasteland is amusing nonetheless.
