Still Mildly Glowing

I started playing on the Xbox after the latest major patch (i.e. the one that fixed Veronica's data based leveling bug). I've only suffered one freeze in the 40-50 hours that I've been playing and most of the AI bugs are ignorable (generally they're confined to behaviors at the draw distance).
However, just in my last play session, I decided to break my NCR-Legion neutrality and start taking out Legion patrols (I stumbled across Nelson). I'm vilified enough to have assassin squads come after me but, one two occasions now, I've run into a Legion patrol that regards me neutrally until I fire first (the latest one was a group that spawned in mere minutes after I had wiped out the pre-existing Legionaries in the camp).
Beyond that, Veronica's aggression levels seem bugged (she'll stop fighting in the middle of combat and/or not initiate combat until well after everybody else).
Lastly, twice now, I've attempted to heal Veronica in the middle of combat only to have (#1) her HP indicator in the companion menu jump from whatever positive value it was at to a generous negative value (the first time it went from positive 30~ to negative 384 and the second time it jumped to a more reasonable negative 77) and (#2) My character instantly die at the exact same time.
The first issue I can pretend away ("oh, they must not be in the loop about who I am") yet it's still obviously a bug. The other issues are harder to swallow.
