I decided to side with Cachino because Sal and Nero seemed to be doing some evil shit, so I torched their weapons and killed them.
However, being the pussy whipped bitch that I am, I empathized with Joanna's plight as well. Cachino was an immoral rapist that the world could do without.
So...upon killing the two big bosses and getting my 50 chips reward from Cachino, I swiftly jabbed my Spiked Knuckles through the fat boy's neck, decapitating him without hesitation or remorse.

The above being said, will these have long-term effects that may hinder my progress in the game? Will my decision at the end even be acknowledged later on? Did anyone else do the same?]
