First time out of the vault
So, I was looking at the dialogue files for some of the Underworld ghouls and noticed that many (all?) of them have dialogue such as "Marvellous, dear, I live in Tenpenny Tower!" Also, I've read several fanfictions in which the ghouls of Underworld evacuate to Tenpenny Tower.
I've worked the Google but can't find any explanation for this. It seems to me like there is some cut content involved here. Anybody know the story, or perhaps know of a resource? I'm just curious. Thanks!
