Whatever happened to the Fallout PnP RPG?

I looked around on the net, and all the sites are dead. Also, I tried joining the Yahoo Group, but it didn't let me enter.

I'm trying to find that PDF with all the Random Encounters, like Forrest Gump, and the guy from I Dream of Jeanie...
 
http://fallout-rpg.narod.ru/PnP.html - this site has a program for random encounters. I just attempted to join the Yahoo group as well, since it seems that message traffic has started picking up there again.

If all else fails, you could write up your own. My group has already encountered a carnival, Dr. Wily, and will sometime in the future find Bill and Ted.
