I guess, Fallout 4 is a decent game, however - users wrote here that Fallout 4 seems to have a lot of missed opportunities. Some call it laziness of your 'favourite' gamestudio, some call it opportunities for some great mods.

As for me, i sure would love to see the metro tunnel system escavated. The tunnels are something i liked in Fallout 3 and of course, Metro 2033 and Last Light. Maybe making a ethnical russian vault in a ghost station?

Missed stuff like doing something or joining the Raiders or Gunners would be great for a villain'y character roleplay.

And of course, cars.

Any more suggestions, no? Maybe mod ports from older games?

Locations / dungeons that are not simple shooting ranges but more expanded and complex like SAD in F2, with plausible backstory.

That's why I'm thinking about a mod to add one such location. But first I have to ask - guys do you think it's possible that there were canadian saboteurs / resistance on US soil before the nuclear exchange?

Won't those Canadian be in "camp" already? like what happen to Japanese in US while WW II is going on.
Not to mention there also have "camp" for Chinese in US before the Nuke exchange.

Didn't russian spies work on US soil during the Cold War?

The reason cold war is call cold war is because it's not really a war between US and USSR going on, or at least not in the traditional sense. So both US(Kinda a lie) and USSR(Ok it's a lie.) won't just arrest a nonnative citizen without the person have at least some suspicious action, not to mention into the level of keep some camps for all those nonnative citizens.
By the way, excluding those camps both side still keeping for german soldiers/officers in early cold war, USSR is the only side keep some big camp going on.
My point is, since US already win and take over Canada at the time, so those canadian americans will be most likely already stay in the camp after the War between Canada and US end. rest of canadian will be either PoW or citizens still in Canada. so it's unlikely canadian saboteurs / resistance will happen in US soil rather than Canada street or US army camp in Canada.
But of course, maybe US won't go so extreme to Canada, but since we already see a US power armor soldier shoot a canadian in the head at the start of Fallout...

I don't think it'd be logistically possible to put the entire Canadian population into detention camps; the saboteur thing could be possible, but I imagine their efforts would be focused on the American occupiers, not on the USA.

I mean canadian americans, not the whole population of Canada.
The numbers surely will be great, but so is the numbers of chinese americans, and since they do set up lots of camps for chinese americans as we already know, it's quite possible canadian americans share the same fate, or at least in certain degree they will be.
