Found out my hands and my fingers aren't really small. But i still prefer a short scale bass. Feels better and easier on my back.
What position are you playing in? Maybe it's hanging too low?
I've never had back issues. Occassional wrist pain though...

I play with my bass kinda high. Scoliosis yknow. Cant put too much weight on my back by playing low. Plus i have finger stretch issues related to doublw jointedness in all my fingers.

I found that the absolutely best and most comfortable position when playing, especially for a longer period, is seated on a bar stool.
Easy on the back, legs, arms, everything.

I made this ~before~ FO4 released.
It was intended to be an intro for a modded FO3 location, where the PC walks inside the bar, and five ghouls holler out "Normie!" with beer mugs held high in a toast.
I had the beginnings of the bar in place, but for some reason I set it aside; I don't remember why. When I returned to it later, it no longer held a high priority for me; probably because that after FO4 released such things would seem easy to make if you had the game-editor. This was made without FO4 game files. I still don't own, and have never played FO4.

HOAs should be outlawed. Not even joking, I hate the idea behind HOAs. Also, Neckbeards didnt ruin the Fedora- They ruined the Trilby. Indiana Jones and 1930's 40's gangsters make those shits look cool but because of neckbeards it gets misidentified and second hand backlash
Deep dish pizza should be a crime. It somehow became popular here lately. Two local pizzerias are advertising them heavily.

My bad. I was under the assumption people thought HOAs should be legal.
I'm glad I don't have to deal with HOAs. I aint paying some corporate assholes to live in my own house.
