I would change Suehe to 6 luck that we could make him unarmed tank fighter. With 6 luck we could imply to him resistance 3 times ( 30% damage treshhold ) :)

Speech is not giving anything, charisma in single player of Fallout Tactics only help to get higher grade faster ( with higher grade you can get better equipment and companions ). :(
