Five Lessons Fallout 4 Can Learn From Skyrim

Those people are idiots. The game has an incredible amount of side quests with actual stories and unique loot and whatnot. There's also small quests that are marked as miscellaneous, which include small story quests (like convincing a father that his son should be an adventurer) and those random...

Five Lessons Fallout 4 Can Learn From Skyrim

Seriously? Skyrim may not be the best rpg of all time, but surely its inspired art design and interesting quests are better than a tasteless and generic fps? On a side note, I find it rather silly that you would even buy\pirate MW3 without knowing what the hell you were getting.

Fallout: New Vegas Honest Hearts Reviews Round-up #4

I just can't help but feel that Obsidian are still trying to figure out how to make proper DLC's. On a funny side note, Bethesda figured that out with the pretty good Point Lookout, only to flush it all down the toilet with Mothershit Zeta.

Fallout: New Vegas Honest Hearts Reviews Round-up #3

I can bet that the same people also wrote that F3's storyline was a lot more deep.

Old World Blues possibly coming in May?

This is one of the reasons I never buy 1C products - they blow both in localization and support.

Fallout Online Newsletter: The Armageddon Rag #4

So much for the original team doing it better than Bethesda. All hope on Obsidian.

Interplay: Fallout 6 could be ours

    Hardly comparable.

Future Bethesda titles to use Skyrim engine

That actually sounds good. Then again, it always does.

Interplay: Fallout 6 could be ours

True. If Jason "Quitter" Anderson really worked on it, there's a chance that it's good. And what I really don't understand is why no indie studio is trying to make something wasteland/fallout like. I mean, the formula is easy - world map, ~10 locations, random encounters, turn based combat...

Interplay: Fallout 6 could be ours

True, we probably won't see an isometric fallout, but there's still hope that Wasteland 2 will see the light of day. And in all honesty, I understood and accepted that back in 2007 when I saw the F3 teaser. Shame, yeah, but since I find the morrowind/oblivion open world style enjoyable, it's not...

Bethesda confirms more New Vegas DLC for this year

I already got tired of it, after 2 playthroughs, so hopefully the dlc won't come out any time soon. Around summer would be nice, a reason to play it again.

    Bethesda: actually, Fallout is ours

Can't say I'm a fan of Bioware in general, I only played some of their newer games and they aren't all that good.

    Will Fallout 3 be remembered?

I honestly don't think it will be remembered at all 10 years from now. It can be pretty fun, but after new vegas it just pails in comparison. I think if anything, New Vegas will be remembered.

    Bethesda: actually, Fallout is ours

Isometric view is still used, but not in big projects anymore (except for RTS obviously) . And Diablo III is an exception rather than a rule, since Blizzard is one of the few studios that makes PC only games and is keeping it old school. So old school in fact that starcraft II has nothing new...
