It's a whole bunch of mods made by smaller developers combined together in a big pack. There are a whole bunch of new weapons (car bomb ftw lol), interiors for important buildings, etc. They added rival and allied gangs, street races, several new missions, the ability to collect protection...

I didn't like the item progression in BG2, or the general flow of the game. The opening dungeon was crappy, you gained phat lewtz way too fast, and it seemed like a lot of the exploration was taken away by BG2. The Druid's grove and the other class-specific buildings were pretty cool, though.
