Thanks for the reply, shihonage. About the only thing I could see with having different character options having a use would be through little out-of-dialog-window comments, like "Hey, Baldy" or "What's with your hair?", anyway. Just a way to tie yourself in with the character, otherwise. And...

I have one that branches off the bi-gender character selection: Is there an option for different races, and possibly some feature changes, like hair color, or lack thereof of hair? And, the technology in the game: Are we going to see a 50's-style Science! imagining of technology, or will it...

Either use Maphusio's way, or: Use grenades. LOTS of grenades. Of course, when I got to this one, I was around level 32, with lots of good gear.

Anyone else much prefer the game lead designer talking instead of the PR head? I do. But, then again, I find the guy semi-interesting, unlike Hines.

You like Carbon? thought it was one of the worst racing games ever. Yeah, they had some interesting concepts (Bodysculpt, Canyon Races) but it just didn't play out to be as good as it could have been. :( Juiced 2, also a disappointing sequel. I liked how they had the first one set up, just...

It's the age of the game. You find it in redone cases sometimes, but there is very little chance of finding it regardless (in the US, anyway). I checked some local game stores, and even called a couple out-of-town ones, but no dice. I was able to get ahold of a new copy over amazon, though.

Yeah, it's pretty much the GT5 ver. 0.9. Not quite 1.0, but a lot of cars and tracks go into that last little bit.

For being a fan of Xbox 360, I'll say that this game does look gorgeous. It has Forza beat, but they won't have the physics (Polyphony has never gotten that right, though I do like GT). And, seeing a GT-R33 at the front of the pack in one of the pics warms my heart. :)
