If you have high enough rep with the Brotherhood of Steel to get the key to their safehouse than every few days a guy from the BoS will stop by to maintain and do repairs to the bunker and he will also repair your equipment.

There are safe houses for just about every faction scattered around the desert, I can only assume you can get keys for any of them based on your reputation. I am using the NCR Ranger safehouse right now.

I talked to one of the named guys at Camp McCarran and because I had really good rep with NCR he gave me a key to a ranger safe house that he said was used to store supplies and rest. Have not been there to check it out yet.
