Damaged weapons and damaged armour. Well its pretty basic. Guns have quality/durability. If you buy a shit gun from the local junkyard, it'll be cheap, but it'll jam up and shoot bullets backwards. If you spend the money, you get quality guns that'll last you, and they'll be more reliable...

it makes it so that your NPC's appearence changes when you change their armour. Like it does for you, though all their models are generic (e.g. for vic you cant get a fat guy in leather armour unless you want to make some new frms, which is pretty hardcore) holy

what is the best frm --> bmp / gif file converter out there? i've tried a few and none seem to work so far or am i doing something wrong... (im using Borg Locutus's frm2bmp.exe converter: i have the frm in the same folder and execute the converter and nothing happens. =( . . . . . . looks...

does this mean if i make new *.frm's for example (pack them into a dat, call it mod.dat, can i just use modrunner to incorporate them into the game, caus that would be great =] (btw i just tried modrunner just then, it works great, like magic :P ) ..now to making frms =S holy

erm ok i've managed to download the mod for NPC character amour changing. its about 71 kb, i opened it up and its just a couple of scripts... each specific to an npc. The readme instructs me to remane this "1.05patch.dat" to patch000.dat and copy into my fallout 2 directory. thats all fine and...

I was wondering if it was possible to make the NPC armour change the same as your main characters. e.g. if you put on a leather armour it changes your apprearence. I was just thinking because it would be cool if sulik, vic and cassidy all looked like enclave soldiers (a team of power armour's)...

karl wants $1000, if you give it to him, he'll pass out, then you can just steal it back from his body on the floor. If you get caught stealing his corpse nothing happens, but when he wakes up, he'll enter combat mode and run away. I killed him so i couldnt finish that quest --> i ended up...
